So now I'm a poser?
Where the hell do you get the idea you can say that when you have NO IDEA.
Don't forget DRAGNQUEEN you may have been in nursery school when I made my 1st pass down a dragstrip(early summer 1969 two trials in an I/SA 59 Dodge belonging to a friend of my brother and I ). Have I ever claimed to be a big bad bracket racer like you? Hell no... Had some fun though.
I played the bracket game a few times over the years... 88-98 at least twice a month. Deb and I had our first date bracket racing... I ran Mod she ran street/trophy. I had my slowest ever reaction time that day(over 1 sec

) Her car decided to take a wire off the cap 1st round and sputtered to mid 15's . Glad I wasn't racing her... She'd of thought I sabotaged her. She prefers car cruises and big show's over racing. However she's competitive... Way back early 90'sRome NY next to Jamie Stanton's Chevelle on the local Blvd she beat him off the light....took him 2-300 ft before he got by

.
Did plenty of street racing before life's responsibilities cut that to a minimum.
I'd prefer heads up racing. However I'd run out of $ for more important things like family and caring for them ahead of myself and my fun.
Remains to be seen if I can race at level I want vs what my bones allow. I want to do drag week type stuff. If health doesn't allow' one of my "kids" wants to drive for me. She's pretty aggressive and competitive. Was good at running hard with the snowmobiles against the big guys too. One son is great tech but not a competitive person the other is into motocross and snocross and a body builder.
Am I a racer or poser??? I know where I stand...
