Just got back from a great weekend at Norwalk. Thanks to everyone who stopped to say "hello".
I had Mike Garblik pose with me to pretend that I was a Boss Bird crew member. In any case, all bearing inserts continue to survive in perfect condition, so the oiling system changes were successful. Eric didn't yet make it into the fives, but made a couple of impressive low-six passes. Traction on the 140 degree track was an issue for the funny car. I wasn't surprised that Ed Page won "best engineered" with the raVen.

Jack wanted to be commemorated as a honorary crew member on the Boss Bird, and asked me to take a picture of the two of them. |
