Tradition has it that U.S. folks (starting at a new job) get 2 weeks VAC out of the goodness of the company.
So, after 35 years work i have 2 1/2 weeks VAC and don't call out sick like ever. Today i probably work 3 hours and out 'cause i'll have my 40 in. |
