And btw, we had Stacey come back but travel really got to her. Unfortunately for us she found something close to where she lives.

Steve also left on his own power. Steve was super laid back Silicon Valley come and go when you want kind of guy. We were fine with that for years but then as we grew, we needed more structure and his position kind of took on a lot more responsibility and therefore some stress. It started not to be very enjoyable for him.
