Only two, George, In the early 60s, a neighbor guy, who ran a electronics shop in the town I lived in, wanted to do a 4-71 roots supercharger for his glass 23 T-Bucket.

So I did some machining and welding on a intake for him at the local High school and we put it together. He never raced it on a drag strip, but he had plenty of blacktop races.
So I am sure that you will say that does not count as it wasn't a 8-71 supercharger.

The other roots style supercharger was actually a Eaton 90 cubic inch 3.8l Thunderbird
Super Coupe. We built a few thousand of those cars and I certified the car with the EPA
as the Boost Engineer. But again not a 8-71.

So how many thousand Super Coupes will equal your 8-71 74 GTO?
