That quite possibly was a Judge. It would interesting to know what shape the car was in when it was left to rot. Unfortunately, it's now just a VIN tag donor.

Not that I'm aware of. And I'm also not aware of a decal delete option for standard GTO's as this car is devoid of those decals as well.

What about this car makes it appear to necessarily be a Judge?

The Ram Air III and IV 400s were optional on non Judge GTOs.

Nothing. You could build a similarly optioned non-Judge if you wanted. But how many people did? That, and I'm thinking that the Pepper Green have tilted the odds considerably. Until someone gets the PHS, it's Schrödinger's cat
