Don't get me wrong, I have a respect for the truly rare. I wouldn't yank a 302 out of a Z28 even though you probably make more power with a Blueprint 383. I just feel like a base model economy engine doesn't qualify for protection just because most of them went to the junkyard or got pulled.

Many is probably correct, but I wouldn't say most.

Maybe correct, I was overselling for sure. But I do think "most" if they had a straight 6 Nova or tri five would have a v8 swap on their minds. I doubt 51% of hot rod owners would be completely happy with the 6.
