Default Voodoo II update

Rolled the car out of the garage and into the sunlight. Love the color in the sun. Wasn't able to drive it because I couldn't get it into gear. A quick clutch adjustment and I was off and running around the block. Was pretty exciting to drive this thing. It has come a very long way since I started the restoration.

Now comes the fun stuff...bolting on the lights, trim moldings and interior. Maybe a few tweaks and adjustments here and there but otherwise it seems to run good.

Question for those of you that have driven these kinds of cars....
How do you get these things to hook up? A round port engine with M21 trans and 4.33 gears is something else. Just breathe on the accelerator and the tires just start spinning. I can't think about opening it up unless there is a long straight road ahead of me. Is that normal?
