The NPK rules appear to have no minimum weight with a N/A engine. Are there any cars attempting to exploit this?

What is there to exploit? Mmps run 4.0's on a prepped track. I don't know if you can get a steel roof, steel quarter car as light or lighter then one of those? Maybe with a t-400 trans but that dog wouldn't hunt over there.
