Flash to pass was more of a European thing. It was never really practiced here in the states.
Flashing to warn others of cops was a big deal in the 70's and 80's in Ohio when I was living there, but even that kind of faded away. I got to a point where I quit warning people and figured if they were dumb enough to go that fast they deserve to get caught, lol. These days that's pretty much non existent. |
