Default Carousel Red Judge with Gold Interior?

Howdy guys, I realize that there is a Judge Tech section , but so far no one has the answer. My good friend (1 state away) is about to purchase a '69 Judge tomorrow morning, and what makes me scratch my head is the fact that it has gold interior. I've never seen or heard of this. combo Can any knowledgeable Judge guys give me any info? Time is of the essence, so he can't do a PHS. Thanks in advance

Not on the Data Tag on the firewall? It will be verified on the Trim, or TRM, with three digits.

What do the codes on the data plate say? That should give the paint code and correct interior code of the vehicle in question.

anything was possible. back in the early 80's there was a guy in Kansas that had a 69 carousel judge with blue interior he special ordered the car. actually didn't look that bad and it really brought out the blue in the stripes.

Orange/gold doesn't sound right, but red/tan does, so it should look alright while squinting.

Car has parchment interior. It is dirty and sun faded from the desert heat. Thanks to those that chimed in.

Not a Pontiac but back in high school, a buddy bought a used ‘69 Torino Cobra 428 SCJ w drag pack. Car was fire engine red with a gold interior. Not tan, gold. Story was the orig owner pointed to the gold trim chip in the brochure and thought he ordered tan.

I'm pretty sure he can call, pay the price and get it faxed directly from J. Matteson.
