Todd, I forgot to say that pulling the U-Haul trailer pics are amazing...leave the hitch on. It makes me want to do the Route 66! However, no trailer hitches on any of them anymore except the '71 Bonneville, but you were hauling the original engine back home. They come in handy if you need to haul a smaller load like that. Great adventure story and glad you had only minor problems...which only add to the adventure.
