My opinion based on seeing the car in person, it would have to be bought for no more than $10,000. A restoration for a #s matching tripower 4 spd car would be upwards of $75,000.

You can't buy a car expecting to be whole after paying for a professional restoration. Buy the car after the restoration instead.
