I always put stable in my gas every year. Sometimes I just pour in several ounces and other times I put in a gas can and mix it with fresh gas. I do have a couple cars that when they sit for a long time, I have to spray a little carb cleaner or stating fluid to get then to turn over. Then they are fine on the gas. Even if I go back in a couple days. Some of my cars sit for a long time. Just mt 2 cents.

I'm pretty sure the gas in the nomad is about 2 years old, lol. I put a couple gallons in it about 8-10 months ago.
It always starts right up and purrs like a kitten when I need to move it around. It's just crappy Arizona 91 octane cat pee and I don't use any kind of stabilizers in it. I'm sure it's not as potent as fresh gas and honestly it doesn't smell all that great either, lol, but it's never given me any kind of hard start problems with the car. |
