I think the Holden based GTO will have a following in the future. I really liked the G8 (in retrospect, I wish I would have bought a G8 GXP with a manual transmission before they stopped production) but they were so uncommon I suspect few people will remember them.

Has anyone mentioned the Pontiac 2 + 2 that was the answer to Chevy's Monte Carlo SS? I always like them, but have only seen 2 in all my years.

Unfortunately the 305 all but killed the desirability for that car. Trunk space would be another.
