Yeah, I will try to play with the tailpipes and tips this weekend, think I can get it better.

I loosely fit the exhaust, and took it up to a friend's shop to have welded. We had worked on other stuff for hours, was getting close to the end of day, so we got it to a point and shrugged, saying we will get back to it. He put the floor stand under the X pipe, cranked it up, and tacked it, figuring it would droop some once relaxed. It didn't. So will have to see what's up back there, see if I can get it in place. He had the X assembly on a bench to finish welding, it may have moved a little then, too.

I may actually have to just get another kit and try again, sadly, but will see.

This Thursday I go to a buddy's shop to have the rear rebuilt, finally! Then will get the pinion angle stuff dialed in.

Pretty busy, been helping others with their' projects, and have a couple of my own aside from the Judge.

Trying to get the house ready for sale, hoping to move in the spring (fingers crossed).

The 442 is getting a Olds 495 stroker, and a Vintage Air setup, need to get that done before the 'bird comes back from the body shop. Hoping to have the engine in by end of this coming weekend. (Had a bunch of cleanup to do)

Through times of crappy weather, I've been working on the 'bird interior stuff, refoam/recover rear seats, assemble the new dash, prep parts so they can just be bolted on, stuff like that. Trying to make it assemble easier once I start on it.

I did get time to readjust the tailpipes on the judge, much much better, but still not up to my liking. I'm just going to have to spring for new headers and X pipe setup, I can't see any other way to make it 'right' with the existing headers' uneven collector angles.

Working on the tune as well, keep getting closer as I learn more of the system, MPFI is a little more complicated and not as easy as a TBI setup. But I will get there.

I had 3 injectors slowly fail, which complicated tuning efforts. In an attempt to isolate my issues, I retarded timing and fattened it up a bunch, in stages, and was reading plugs on the way. 3 plugs were completely dry no matter what I did. Doubt it's from debris in the fuel system, but will see.

Going to pull all the injectors and send them into a service, have them cleaned, tested, and balanced.

I did get the 442 finished up, have a few things a friend is going to do for me, charge AC, R&R some wheels/tires, swap an axle, stuff like that.

Body guy says he has the back half of the 'bird done, haven't spoke much with him thru the holidays, will probably reach out this week or next, see where he's at with it.

It was a tough one to figure out, it's not like they went dead all at once, they slowly started flowing less and less.

I will probably pull the intake too, and have it gasket matched to the heads. I cleaned them up a little, but they really could use a proper job. Heads are Butler 315cfm, so know they have a CNC program for the intakes.
