68 GTO convert in CA with supposedly the NM drive train at $11.5K OBO BIN. Originally a ND car.

I agree, Way TOO many things wrong for $40K.

Never find the proper OEM or numbers ERA correct block , plus other things.
It’s a Nice resto-MOD, that’s It!
$22--25K.
