Complete glass kit, every piece. All gaskets, basically everything but the moldings which I already have. Reassembling the wing windows. Relining the tracks. Installing and wiring the power windows and making them work. Its not just putting the glass in.

Gotcha. I can see how that might get a little costly if you are paying someone else to tackle it. That said, it shouldn't be that crazy, especially in contrast to the expense of body & paint work. If you were given an eye-watering quote, it couldn't hurt to contact a few other people for estimates. I'm sure you're already giving some thought to that. Sometimes people will throw out wildly high numbers for jobs they'd rather not deal with, hoping the customer will take their work elsewhere, or if not, buy them a new boat.
