That's odd, most will do it. Well, as stated, the front & rear glass is easy, it's the butyl tape type, can easily be done with a friend. I've done mine many times by myself.

Doors, you can do the install, and then have a body shop do the adjustments. That will save a lot of labor hours.

The Assembly Manual has instructions too, would give you a general idea of what's involved.

You can also post in the 64-65 section, maybe the Body Shop section, and others will chime in on tips/sources for reference.

I am going to assume you have already asked your body man who he uses. I can't imagine a body shop sending every car out with no glass. Every body shop I have ever used either did it it themselves or had a glass that did the installs on-site.
