My bodyman has a glass shop that comes in to set the windshields but my tracks are **** and need to be relined. The vent window assemblies were rechromed so they have to be reassembled. I am converting to power windows. It’s a mess. I am not paying 5K but it’s not just a glass install.

Oh, so it's not just 'installing the glass', it's rebuilding the doors and upgrading to power windows too.

That might not be a bad deal for 5k then.

Why can't you reline the tracks and assemble the vent windows?
