Yes I have about 10-15 tiny pimples that appeared on my right front fender where something rose to the surface and escaped. I believe it's 5/8 and the other one is 3/4

You can use a piece of 3/4 inch, and tighten the hose clamp on the cylinder head end (5/8 inch) real tight. It will be fine for a fire up, done it many times.
