I'm the new guy what's a IA2 engine? Better than a ram.air 3. I wish I had a spare yz block. What's the true history value of a ws block? Anyone know. Keeping that in mind What's the value of knowing it's for your fricken car? Ha yeah some guys don't like that question. From a collectors point of view if it's not original to car it's not getting top dollar unless ls stock modified. If it's a hobby then who cars about the engine uniting with car. I've been looking at parts online for a while and start seeing people personalities and how they trat other people. My opinion is keep the block. Dude is blowing smoke up your ass. He told me he has a number matching formula heavily optioned. With a **** load of nos parts. A few months ago. Don't make sense to me. But hey it it works out cool. I'm just not trusting people these days alot. To many greedy people.

The IA2 is an aftermarket block based on one originally created by Indian Adventures;

Value depends, Pontiac reused engine codes many times over; Typically value of blocks (and parts) is driven by the cars that they are correct for; '70 Trans Am's and '70 Judges are probably what are really driving up values of '70 Pontiac YZ & WS blocks, as well as #12 heads, and '0270 & '0273 carburetors.
