Kenth, so that setup only requires the positive cable to the starter?

Yes, and since i have the ramair manifolds i routed it in from the front, , hanging in a couple of clips under the motor mount in a "tar cloth tube" for extra safety.
Also, the positive cable to the starter is hot only at "start".
