I have a friend that got me into building a GTO. He has a 65 and a 69. He raced the 69 years back and the body has very low miles on it but no original engine at this point. He just had an engine built (in Florida I think) It is a large stoker with over 500HP. I am going to invite him to the forum . He has been a Pontiac man all his life.

13's are a pretty good head. One of the best D-Port heads.
If its a matched complete engine , would be a 350hp from a 1970 GTO/Fbird /GrandPrix Either a YS or XH block code Exh manifolds look good too ! |

) But when I got it the block had been bored .30 over and had new flat top pistons a reground crank new bearings , oil pump and cam and timing chain. Not sure what the cam was. The 13 heads were rebuilt and looked new. All I had to do was install gaskets and finish it out. I guess the good thing is I only paid 400.00 for it. The exhaust manifolds I bought used. There supposed to be RAIII manifolds.
