What is this alternator originally from?
I've been working on cleaning up some more of my garage and among the parts I dug out was this alternator. I'm trying to figure out what it was originally on.
It has "1100881" stamped on it. The only application I have been able to find for this number was '69 Corvette 390/400hp 427. The thing that confuses me is that it doesn't have the goofy fins on the back that I have seen on some of the other Corvette alternators. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
