Mine originally had a chrome Moroso deep sum with baffle. The PO had the pan on and off so many times (multiple spun bearing incidents) that the metal was soft around the bolt holes. A slight tug of the socket wrench just deformed the rails. When I rebuilt the motor, I threw the pan out and found a good deal on a Milodon low profile with the side kickouts. The matching pickup bolted to a main cap. Installed it with a BOP one-piece gasket as I outlined and never leaked a drop again.
