are you fitting these pans without a gasket in place,? that will effect front hole alignment

also is your timing cover utilizing the lower dowels?

That is a good question on the dowels..........will have to check with builder on that one.........i took off the oil pump today, so i could bend the windage tray better, holes are still off, gasket on or gasket off...........i guess tomorrow i"ll a rat file thru the holes.......so much for oem aftermarket pans.

Im surprised the fit with the studs is the worse of them all........
