Looks to be a 2bbl air cleaner? Manual brakes and steering.

You're right. I noticed the air cleaner and just dismissed it as being incorrect but could very well be a factory 2bbl car.

What's the value difference between a 2BBL NM GTO and a standard NM 400 GTO?
