ok. figure extra space for all other kinds of packages and packing materials. figure extra time to switch shipping companies websites back and forth because you are not the only order being shipped that day. and the amount of time if you are not used to the websites. it all adds up. i'm on a fixed income too. i don't get paid any extra because i want to buy car parts. ames isn't getting rich on shipping charges. maybe they should offer free shipping and raise prices like everyone else.
