That 66 was a 2-Tone car with a White painted Roof , not a white top.
Paint is a letter , tops are a number - on 66 trim tags.
Maybe it was a police chiefs car when ordered new.

I recognized that it was painted ..just said top. Painted white top and parchment interior. I'd like to see that. Cop car was my first thought also.
I still don't see the rust out but I'm viewing this on my cell phone maybe that's why?
If it's rusty AND bent, I say drop it on a new chassis. I don't know, maybe it's just me but the car looks like it's got good bones...and of course, looking in person could tell a whole different story.

Down below the description are more pictures of car and parts.
Rust in frame behind both front tires.

Looks like an honest well kept car that just lived too far north.
60 sum thousand original miles.
