Is the under hood lamp identified on your PHS documentation (if you have it)? Or could it have been installed by the Dealer after the fact? Or maybe the line workers just did it however they felt like doing it. My under hood insulation is not cut out for the light or the switch, and it is listed on my PHS documentation.
