That much oil getting in would kill off whatever the octane level was in the fuel you where running making for ping and detonation.

Stock cast pistons can not withstand much of that without cracking and many times braking the rings with them.

This leaves pretty good signs of scratching up & down the bore(s) .

With the pistons at TDC do any of them rock more then others?
This can be a sign of broken rings.

If you have someone bar the motor over as you listen into each cylinder, pistons that are busted and of have broken rings will make a scraping sound when they travel the bore much more then cylinders that are ok.
Your into it so far now you may have to pop the pistons out to look at them!
There doesn't seem to be any broken pistons/rings. When the engine was running I never heard any pinging or detonaton. None were rocking at TDC or making scraping noises. There is definitely scoring in all 8 cylinders and gas in the oil. The scoring seems light though. I can barely feel it with a fingernail
