Cammer, what's a 'cap'? Never heard of it...but, I'm not really knowledgeable with gauges and other gadgets electrical.

Padgett still had his tach repair side business when we first met. I recall him marking the circuit board with a track of pencil graphite to calibrate a hood tach. He said they all read high from the factory.
