If it comes with a legitimate 421 engine, even if it's not an SD I'd buy it. If it is an SD engine, it's the deal of the year.

Hey, so I'm careful with my stuff.

On the other hand, my 1961 parts catalog has a lot of loose pages and gets a little worse every time I pull it off the shelf.
