Thank you all for the replies. I just called SEM and 'Dave' told me that Carmine is a custom mix formula 1656.
He also gave me two references of where to get it, one being somewhat local (65 mi away) and the other being Vinyl Pro in Atlanta. It is a paint coating, not a dye. But a coating is what I am really looking for so I can use it on plastic sail panels and the top of the vinyl rear seat mainly. DanC
