I don't think an assembly manual is available. Your best bet will be a combination of the factory shop manuals, and a factory parts catalog. The parts catalogs have some exploded views of certain parts of the car that help show how they bolt together.

For originals, look at the usual places - swap meets, eBay, etc. Place a wanted ad here on the forums. There are online stores that specialize in automotive literature, like P.J.'s or Faxon.
Many places sell reprints in hard copy or CD format, just do a search. Ames has a hard copy of the shop manual. They don't have a parts catalog but here's one source for a reprint: https://collectorsautosupply.com/196...k-catalog-set/ |

If you do buy an MPC (Master Parts Catalog) make sure the illustrated section is included.
