How about a 1975 Astre Lil Wide Track? Now on BAT.

I actually looked at this car about 20 years ago, but passed on it as it was to slow and an automatic. I would have modified it

Not my cup O' tea. By the time you modified the car, you'd be into it more than it would be worth. If this exact car was your first car, I could see wanting to own it. But it's dog slow and 1975 cheesy. You dodged a bullet IMO. Again, an acquired taste.

There's a group of collectors for anything. Case in point I found an old Dell "click key" keyboard in my basement years ago. It was new, made of metal back in about 88 in the USA. I was going to throw it away, but I put it on eBay and sold it for $1000. Things are worth what other people are willing to pay for them. If this car is a cream puff and worth the money, I'm not aware of those circles. Can anyone enlighten me on why you'd want this kind of car. I'd like to drive it, but prolly not own it. I guess it would get a lot of looks.
