They look like jewelry under the hood. How much are they now ? I got mine for 1540 $ The engine is up and running. Made a few test passes. No leaks, sounds sweet. Have not tried to tune it yet, maybe later this month. Only hooked the car once, had a 1.41 60 foot which is better than the car ever did with the old engine. But only had 28 deg timing. Did not MPH so I have some work to do finding it what it likes. No dyno and testing at a track takes forever, hard to get runs in. I would think there is a 1.37-1.38 in the car and that would get me where I want to be. Not going to thrash on this engine anyway. Hope to put the HOs back on it and the High Ports on the 540. I can thrash on it all day. |
