"The Parts Place" or did you mean something else? The lever bolted to the TH400 shifter rod will likely look something like this and ultimately you can modify the slot or radius of yours.
I've got a decent '67 oem shifter that's not complete if you think the repop is "off a bit" and need a sanity check.

It's a repop. I have that lever and opened it up as far as I could. Neutral and drive weren't where they were supposed to be.
