After a closer look with glasses and a magnifying glass on the air horn of this Carter made 7027262 I see parts of the number 7033604 as on Carter Quadrajets is cast on the outside at the right screw hole. However, the secondary air valves are stamped RP so they have been replaced.

I asked the seller for a photo of that area and it does indeed have the casting number like Carters have on the outside of the air horn. I'm starting to think this carb has all the correct basic components but that id tag and other Rochester parts makes it a Frankencarb for sure...but a good parts carb for someone with Qjet savvy who wants to put together a correct carb.
