Im sure you know this, but for loctite & rusted stuck bolts/nuts... use heat even from just a propane torch, Ive got almost every rusted or loctite bolt/nut free with a minute or so of a propane/map torch. Also many dont do this, but its best to heat the area the bolt goes into to or the nut being loosened, that expands the nut or boss the bolt goes in breaking free rust & allowing a little expansion for the nut or bolt to come out... loctite just needs heated to break its bond.

But yes, 150lb/ft is very tight for a brake caliper bracket/bolt. Good luck!
