That would be a multi-invoice car that had previous use by a vested PMD personnel.
The build date on the trim tag should pre-date the invoice date by a more than normal margin. You can check with PHS if they have another earlier invoice for it . If you can locate a build sheet within the car , it will tell where or which department it was built for. Sometimes even a name. Are those 15" Honeycombs or 14" ? |

If it had a tire option it would indicate us the rim size.
The rims were same price . Iirc I'm not exactly sure how that works without a tire option - I don't know if there would have even been a no upcharge 15" tire. Probably not , but thought I better ask to confirm. |

Baron....Not sure I understand? Are you seeing something in the PHS? Was told by PO that his father ordered the car and he did not work at PMD. Here is the data tag. I have not found a build sheet so far. Honeycombs are 14 inch.
oPH Here are a couple pictures of the seats.

In the lower body of invoice it's marked a 5% car
2 lines below that is the discounted code 21 Those are the codes we normally see when a car had some type of mild previous duty within PMD or Zone. But the Trim Tag date and Invoice date do not have a margin. So it's a new puzzle I can't recall seeing yet. Usually there will be a 2-3 month gap ,,,, or even more. The dealer got the car at a discount. There were all types of dealer discount incentives , but those programs do not usually show up on individual invoices. I don't have an explanation on this one. Maybe the man worked at a GM supplier of some sort .... I don't know. |

I don't have access to all my old files and worksheets on previous invoice data to make any comparisons. And I'm getting a little dusty due to lack of involvements with them for the past couple of years.
Might check a PoP date or any sales contract dates or original title date for more clues. |

I have made a lot of progress on the 72. It looks so much better then it did a year ago. It is almost ready for paint. I am going to put that off till spring. I have plenty of things to get done over the winter.
