Maybe a title service that specializes in getting titles for cars with little to no paperwork could find them in whatever old records they have access to.

There’s private detectives that might be able to track them down as well.

Default There's a couple pages on FaceBook you might want to check out.

I know that there is one called 'Lost Musclecars' that has been fairly effective at reuniting guys with their previous rides.
