That 79 is about as stock as you can get except for radio and the muffler and tail pipes, even still has the original pellet style catalytic converter. The A/C belt is still hooked up. But the front fender rust is odd for a California car, But the underside looks like a dry climate car. The salvage title is not a big deal to me, as it is priced accordingly. You could offer $7000. For a straight running 2nd gen that possibly the A/C still works on that seems like a decent deal to me, even with the Salvage title.
