Springs & Shocks, Extra Heavy Duty - 4 (must be another special equipment sheet? newer) a 1970 sheet shows 62-5 as Springs & Shocks, HWY Patrol High Rate so,71 probably had a special code (6) for the Enforcer? 64 - 6 Police Group, Freeway Enforcer - 6 Tires: SW H78 x 15 Black - Fiberglass Cool car!

I look at some more info and you are correct. (of course) I looked at box 47 and thought the Honeys were #6 for 476. They are an '8' In the Accessorizer it does show the Deluxe as 476. (goes with the pic you posted of the Disc Cover which I didn't notice)
