If I do respray the roof to fix the striping I might let all the air out of the tires. Try to buy myself a couple more inches. The hood I’m just going to take off and paint it propped against a wall.

Got the car in March. Lots of "interesting mods". LS 5.3 with Tremec TKX. Bought it to have fun and drive anywhere. Already have put over 500 miles on it. Need to raise it up a bit, lower the carb so I can get rid of the "hole in the hood". Ultimate goal is to get the body work done and paint it Brewster.
Is/was a true formula - manual 350 with power windows and tilt and without AC. Original color 74 - Florentine red with black interior. |

How much clearance do you have to the lowest part of the floor around the middle of the doors? I'm starting to assemble my Ratbird and it would be good to have a real world clearance measure to shoot for.
