Those numbers look similar to what I remember Star Galaxy being. I think they are now RPM International. Butler sold them.

Thanks for the pic. That looks like an Eagle crank to me. It has the giant eyebrow divot around the main oil feed. Eagle also uses serrations on the main seal area like that that needs to be polished if using a rubber or Viton rubber seal. I am not aware of other brands using a main oil feed that looks like that.
