I have had really good luck with the ‘quick fuel’ carbs- I think they are owned by Holley now.

If it is a stock-ish motor I would buy the brawler series and bolt it on. I have them on 5 different cars now with absolutely no issues and they seem to do okay with today’s fuel.

Of course ideally you want a correctly built quadrajet- key word is correct. You will have to wait in line for a few months I would think.

Summit will have the quick fuel to you tomorrow.

I like the idea of fuel injection but not swapping the tank, fuel and ignition system on a running car. Not when I can get pretty reliable performance out of a modern carb.

I may try fuel injection on my next build so im not against it, just don’t want to take anything apart I don’t have to.
