Thanks for all the kind words! 65 years old, my first real GTO. I've driven it around town a little, waiting on tires before I run highway speeds. The BFG's on it now were installed in 1992! The DOT code on them is 441, 44th week of 1991! I can't believe they hold air!

I would not be surprised if the new BFG's are no different in tread and rubber compound is not worse.
