Yeah that does look great! I bookmarked the post to use a reference when I do mine!

I was trying to think of a way to reinforce the ABS one I have, and hope I can make it conform better. Basically going to just wing-it, see what happens.

My project stalled on window regulators, but do now have the correct rollers, so about to get back on it....

Looks great. I/we mine many years ago. My neighbor taught at Vale Tech for years in body work.He was a big big help for me. Yes it took time. I bought my blue from Ames.

Shout out to Paul K for suggesting Permatex headliner spray adhesive which I used. It is readily available in my area without having to pay crazy prices and hazardous shipping and so forth. $15.99 per can at Menards on the shelf. It took 2 cans. Some of these spray adhesives are nearly $50.00 per can if ordered on-line. This stuff sprays out like fine "silly string", is extremely tacky and IMO, no way in the world it will separate from the board. It is much more likely the vinyl will separate from the foam in testing a little with some scraps before actually using it. Time will tell. It has stayed up 1 day so far!
